What Can Be Returned?

Returnable Items

  • Hardware and Ready-Made Items: Accepted within 30 days if unused, with tags, and unaltered

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fabric swatches and sample booklets
  • Custom drapes and shades made to original order specifications

When Returns Are NOT Accepted

Products cannot be returned for:

  • Misunderstanding product images
  • Incorrect measurements provided by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color variations due to fabric dye lot
  • Items fitting properly but made accurately to specifications
  • Delayed delivery
  • Quality not meeting expectations (subjective assessment)
  • Clearance items

When Returns ARE Accepted

Returns are accepted when:

  • YEES made wrong items
  • Wrong liner type used
  • Product not as described
  • Items are faulty, damaged, or broken upon arrival

Return Process

Time Limit

Within 30 days of receipt

Refund Amount

Typically 80% of order amount (minus handling, packing, and shipping fees)

Processing Time

3-10 days after return confirmation

Shipping Fees

May be customer's responsibility

Important Notes

  • Exchanges only for damaged/broken items
  • No alterations accepted after receiving orders
  • Replacements sent for lost packages (no refunds)
