What Can Be Returned?
Returnable Items
- Hardware and Ready-Made Items: Accepted within 30 days if unused, with tags, and unaltered
Non-Returnable Items
- Fabric swatches and sample booklets
- Custom drapes and shades made to original order specifications
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
Products cannot be returned for:
- Misunderstanding product images
- Incorrect measurements provided by customer
- Change of mind
- Color variations due to fabric dye lot
- Items fitting properly but made accurately to specifications
- Delayed delivery
- Quality not meeting expectations (subjective assessment)
- Clearance items
When Returns ARE Accepted
Returns are accepted when:
- YEES made wrong items
- Wrong liner type used
- Product not as described
- Items are faulty, damaged, or broken upon arrival
Return Process
Time Limit
Within 30 days of receipt
Refund Amount
Typically 80% of order amount (minus handling, packing, and shipping fees)
Processing Time
3-10 days after return confirmation
Shipping Fees
May be customer's responsibility

- Exchanges only for damaged/broken items
- No alterations accepted after receiving orders
