Please review our return policy and work with us for a possible solution before initiating an order dispute.

We recommend ordering a sample booklet or swatches before purchasing customized drapes to ensure texture and color meet your expectations.

For customized drapes, roman shades, and blinds, we usually do not accept returns.

Can I Return?

  • Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable.
  • Drapes and shades are made-to-measure products and cannot be returned if made matching your original order details.
  • Hardware and Ready-Made items are accepted for returns.

Non-returnable Conditions

  • Misunderstanding of product image
  • Items not fitting properly but made accurately
  • Drapes being too heavy
  • Color not meeting expectations
  • Change of mind
  • Quality not meeting expectations
  • Ordering mistakes
  • Size issues (within industry-acceptable tolerance)
  • Delayed delivery
  • Incorrect measurements provided
  • Color variations due to fabric dye lot, liner addition, or shading rate
  • Clearance items

Returnable Conditions

We accept returns in these special circumstances:

  • We made wrong items
  • Wrong liner type used
  • Product not as described

Hardware and Ready-Made items can be returned or refunded within 30 days of receiving if:

  • Items are faulty, damaged, broken, or incorrect size/color upon arrival
  • Items are unused, with tags, and unaltered

Return Process

  • Time Limit: Within 30 days of receipt
  • Shipping Fees: May be the customer's responsibility
  • Refund Amount: Order amount - (Handling + Packing + Shipping Fee), typically 80% of order amount
  • Refund Process: 3-10 days after return confirmation

Additional Information

  • Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or broken items
  • Alterations are not accepted after receiving orders
  • We do not offer refunds for lost packages but will send replacements
  • No refunds or reshipments for packages signed with proof of receipt
